As Manager, you will lead a cross-functional team responsible for facility engineering support, lab capital execution, calibration, test systems, and lab IT. You will ensure the lab infrastructure, systems, and support processes required for product development, verification, and validation are in place and operating effectively, while also leading strategic capital planning aligned with business needs.\nWhat you will do:\nLead, coach, and develop a cross-functional team supporting facility operations, calibration, test systems, and lab IT.\nSet team priorities, clarify ownership, and ensure execution of operational and project commitments.\nEnsure reliable operation and readiness of lab infrastructure, test equipment, data acquisition, software tools, and supporting systems.\nProvide leadership for facility maintenance coordination, calibration execution, test system support, and lab IT performance through the team.\nPartner with engineering, lab leadership, and internal customers to align team support and investment priorities with business and project needs.\nLead strategic capital planning for the lab, including identification, prioritization, and execution of capital projects.\nOversee lab and facility capital execution, including equipment upgrades, infrastructure improvements, and new installations.\nManage budgets, schedules, resources, and performance metrics to deliver results aligned with business objectives.\nEnsure compliance with applicable quality, regulatory, and operational requirements within areas of team responsibility.\nWhat you will bring:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field experience required.\nDemonstrated people leadership experience leading technical or cross-functional teams required.\nSignificant experience in engineering, lab operations, facilities, technical systems, or related environments.\nExperience leading projects, budgets, and operational priorities.\nExperience with capital planning, capital execution, or prioritization of technical investments.\nStrong technical and operational aptitude, with the ability to lead across multiple support functions.\nStrong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nAdvanced education in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field.\nExperience in a laboratory, product development, or test environment.\nFamiliarity with HVAC, refrigeration, or related mechanical and electrical systems.\nFamiliarity with calibration practices, lab software tools, or technical support functions in an engineering environment.\nExperience leading facility or lab infrastructure improvement initiatives.\nDemonstrated strength in operational discipline and continuous improvement.\nLeadership Expectations\nBuild strong teams through clear direction, coaching, and accountability.\nCreates alignment across functions and drives execution through others.\nBalances strategic planning with day-to-day operational support.\nPromotes a culture of ownership, teamwork, and continuous improvement.\nAnnual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:\n$119,800.00 - $170,135.00Compensation Type:\nSalaryIncentive Eligible:\nYesSales Commission Eligible:\nNoDisclaimer: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
