As a Manufacturing Cell Facilitator, you will play a critical role in scaling the production of advanced liquid cooling systems that power AI, cloud, and missioncritical infrastructure.\nThis role is responsible for owning end-to-end performance of a manufacturing cell, driving results across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and team development (SQDC). You will lead daily operations while also building the processes, systems, and team capabilities required to support rapid growth and increasing global demand.\nThis is a hands-on, high-impact leadership role where you will partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to ramp new products, optimize production, and enable scalable, world-class manufacturing operations.\nWHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE\nBuilds confident, qualified operators through effective training and coaching.\nCreates a safe, organized, and quality-focused work environment.\nSupports consistent production performance through standard work.\nPartners with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to improve manufacturing processes.\nIdentifies and implements continuous improvement opportunities.\nModels the behaviors that define the LiquidStack Way.\nKey Responsibilities\nEnd-to-End Cell Ownership\nOwn performance of the manufacturing cell across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people metrics.\nDeliver against aggressive production targets while maintaining high standards for product quality and reliability.\nDrive real-time issue resolution to minimize downtime and ensure continuous flow of production.\nMonitor and improve key KPIs including first-pass yield, cycle time, throughput, and scrap.\nLead, coach, and develop production associates in a fast-paced, evolving environment.\nFoster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.\nDrive staffing, workforce planning, and cross-training to support production flexibility and growth.\nProvide ongoing feedback, performance management, and skill development.\nProduction Scaling & New Product Introduction (NPI)\nOwn manufacturing readiness and execution for new product introductions and production ramp-ups.\nPartner with Engineering to ensure design for manufacturability (DFM) and efficient product transitions.\nIdentify and eliminate bottlenecks; implement line balancing and capacity expansion strategies.\nBuild and standardize processes to support repeatable, scalable production.\nOwn product quality within the manufacturing cell, ensuring compliance with internal standards and customer expectations.\nDrive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) to eliminate defects and improve reliability.\nImplement process controls, visual standards, and mistake-proofing (poka-yoke).\nSupport audits and ensure traceability for complex electromechanical assemblies.\nData-Driven Continuous Improvement\nLeverage production data, dashboards, and KPIs to drive decision-making and performance improvements.\nLead kaizen events and structured problem-solving initiatives (A3, 5 Whys, Fishbone).\nApply lean tools including 5S, standardized work, and visual management.\nDeliver measurable improvements in productivity, efficiency, and cost.\nPartner with Manufacturing Engineering to implement automation, tooling enhancements, and test systems.\nSupport process validation, capability studies, and continuous process optimization.\nAct as a key interface between Production, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment and execution.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).\n3-7+ years of experience in manufacturing, ideally in electromechanical or thermal/mechanical systems.\n1-3+ years of leadership experience in a production environment.\nStrong experience with lean manufacturing and structured problem-solving methodologies.\nProven ability to manage KPIs and drive operational performance.\nExperience supporting production ramp-ups in a fast-growth environment.\nAccuracy and accountability.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in data center infrastructure, thermal systems, HVAC, or fluid-based systems.\nFamiliarity with ERP/MRP and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).\nSix Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher).\nExperience with ISO 9001 or similar quality systems.\nExposure to automated or semi-automated manufacturing environments.\nExperience in high-growth or scaling manufacturing organizations.\nAnnual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:\n$24.00Compensation Type:\nHourlyIncentive Eligible:\nNoSales Commission Eligible:\nNoDisclaimer: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
