If the answer is yes, we invite you to consider joining us in boldly challenging what's possible for a sustainable world.\nLearn about our benefits designed for you to Thrive at work and at home.\nWe boldly go.\nWhere is the work:\nOn-Site (5 days)Job Summary:\nSupport the building of new production lines including the layout discussion, process design, line automation solution etc. Daily production line support to ensure Air-cooled Chiller Final Assembly line, Maglev compressor assembly line, coil line and shell-tube evaporator operation smoothly and get improvement both in efficiency and quality. Take the charge of the process improvement, optimizing the fixture, tools to improve efficiency, the safety and reduce the cost. Support the new product introduction and take lead of the production automation improvement project.\nPrincipal Responsibilities:\nSupport the building of new production lines, including the layout design, process design, line automation solutions and logistics automation, digitalization automation.\nSupport the new equipment procurement process and track equipment fabrication progress and lead the installation of new equipment and support launching new plant as the project schedule.\nDaily production support. Solve any problem of the production line in time to ensure the product quality and the safe production.\nMaintain and update sign off sheet (excel version or digital version) and OMS.\nStandardize the job of each station/product. Work out the standard time (SOE) of each product and get the opportunity to reduce the SOE. Improve the efficiency and reduce the cost by Kaizen, RIE or project\nSpecial Order support. Develop the process, mark the difference and training the operators to implement the special order.\nLead the project of production line improvement, like new equipment/process introduction or replacement and automation project.\nTake part in quality improvement/quality issue solve. Find out the root cause and avoid them through process method.\nLiaison with PE for product issue if there is chance to improve the quality or assembling efficiency\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree or above, preferably with a major in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or HVAC.\n Minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing and plant operations, with at least 4 years in the HVAC industry, specifically in air-cooled chillers.\nProven experience in implementing LEAN and automation programs.\n Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.\nStrong project management skills and experience; excellent communication skills.\n Ability to communicate effectively in English.\nWe offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
