We serve a broad range of industries and applications, with growing focus on sustainable, efficient, and reliable industrial process cooling solutions.\nThe Product Manager - Industrial Process Cooling plays a key role in shaping product strategy and execution for a critical portfolio supporting industrial customers across EMEA. This role is responsible for defining and driving solutions that meet demanding customer requirements for process reliability, operational efficiency, temperature control, uptime, and sustainability.\nThis role requires a strong understanding of industrial customer requirements, application trends, and process cooling market dynamics. A forward-looking mindset and the ability to translate market developments into winning product strategies are essential.\nThe successful candidate will translate customer needs, market trends, and technical requirements into differentiated product strategies that support customer value, innovation, and growth.\nKey Responsibilities\nTranslate customer, market, and technical insights into product requirements, feature priorities, and portfolio investment decisions.\nServe as a key voice of the market and customer in defining products that address performance, reliability, serviceability, energy efficiency, and sustainability requirements.\nAssess market trends in, de-centralized process cooling, thermal management, fluid cooling and heating, , and sustainable industrial operations to inform portfolio direction.\nLead product strategy, roadmap development, and lifecycle management for the industrial process cooling portfolio.\nDevelop a strong understanding of industrial process cooling applications, system architectures, hydronic and refrigerant-based systems, heat rejection strategies, and integration requirements across customer environments.\nBuild business cases for new product development, portfolio expansion, and lifecycle decisions.\nSupport product launches and commercialization through positioning, customer value proposition development, sales enablement, and market introduction planning.\nMonitor product line performance across revenue, margin, adoption, competitive position, and customer satisfaction metrics.\nPartner with engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, sales, marketing, and service teams to develop and launch competitive industrial process cooling solutions.\nWork closely with technical teams to understand system-level tradeoffs involving capacity, temperature range, efficiency, refrigerants, controls, redundancy, maintainability, and installation constraints.\nSupport lifecycle planning from concept through launch, sustainment, and end-of-life management.\nEngage with regional market teams and customers to identify unmet needs, emerging applications, and opportunities for growth across industrial segments.\nQualifications\nMaster’s degree in engineering, , or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in product management, , or a related business or technical role.\nStrong understanding of industrial process cooling markets, applications, and trends.\nDemonstrated success leading products or portfolios in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.\nExperience developing roadmaps, business cases, and go-to-market strategies.\nStrong strategic thinking, analytical ability, and business acumen.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to balance customer needs, technical feasibility, and financial performance in decision-making.\nAbility to engage credibly with technical stakeholders on process cooling applications, product requirements, and customer use cases.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with industrial process cooling systems, chillers, heat pumps, thermal management systems, HVAC hydronics, or refrigeration applications.\nStrong understanding of industrial customer processes and requirements across sectors such as food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, manufacturing, battery, or other temperature-critical environments.\nUnderstanding of system concepts such as fluid temperature control, pumping, heat exchangers, heat recovery, controls, refrigerants, and energy optimization.\nKnowledge of customer requirements related to uptime, reliability, maintainability, scalability, safety, and energy efficiency.\nExperience in a global industrial or climate technology environment.\nLeadership Profile\nThe successful candidate will demonstrate:\ncustomer-centric thinking\nstrategic and commercial acumen\nstrong collaboration and influence\ntechnical curiosity and domain learning agility\ndisciplined execution\na passion for innovation and sustainable growth\nWe offer:\nPermanent contract, CLA Metalmeccanico C011\nCompetitive compensation package: Enjoy an attractive base salary and all necessary work tool / IT devices\nCareer growth: Join a global leader in sustainable HVAC solutions and leverage numerous opportunities for professional development. \nTraining and learning: Engage in The Academy's dedicated learning paths, covering both technical and soft skills, alongside a variety of online training courses and live events hosted by industry experts.\nSupport and wellbeing: Benefit from our Career Navigator program, and an employee wellbeing program. \nAnnual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:\n€52.400,00 - €74.304,99Compensation Type:\nSalaryIncentive Eligible:\nYesSales Commission Eligible:\nNoDisclaimer: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
