Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.PRODUCT OWNER\nPosition Overview: As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for leading the development and enhancement of our telematics web and mobile applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers and align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience driving the development of enterprise applications, with a strong background in telematics and the transportation industry.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProduct Vision and Strategy:Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for telematics web and mobile applications.\nParticipate in market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the transportation industry.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements and features.\n\nProduct Development:Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into detailed user stories and technical specifications.\nPrioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that development efforts are aligned with business goals and customer needs.\nOversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.\n\nStakeholder Management:Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and senior management.\nFacilitate regular communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and transparency.\nGather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve the product.\n\nUser Experience and Design:Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.\nConduct usability testing and gather user feedback to refine and enhance the user experience.\n\n Performance Monitoring and Optimization:Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of telematics applications.\nAnalyze data and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.\nStay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain competitive.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.\nMinimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role, driving the development of enterprise applications.\nMinimum of 4 years of experience as an Applications developer.\nStrong understanding of telematics, fleet management, and the transportation industry.\nProven track record of successfully launching and managing web and mobile applications.\nExcellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.\nProficiency in product management tools such as ADO, JIRA, Confluence, or similar.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with IoT and connected vehicle technologies.\nKnowledge of data analytics and machine learning applications in telematics.\nCertification in Product Management (e.g., CSPO, Pragmatic Institute).\nAnnual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:\n$122,700.00 - $254,300.00Compensation Type:\nSalaryIncentive Eligible:\nYesSales Commission Eligible:\nNoDisclaimer: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
