This role is responsible for leading production staff, supporting a high-performing team environment, and driving continuous improvement across the department.\nKey Responsibilities\nMonitor production volume and quality to ensure specifications and performance targets are met.\n\nAdjust resources and workflows to improve efficiency and resolve production issues.\n\nReview operational metrics such as yield, scrap, and maintenance costs.\n\nManage employee performance in areas including safety, quality, attendance, and overall job performance.\n\nFoster positive employee relations and support a collaborative, high-performance team culture.\n\nHelp develop and implement new processes, tools, and equipment.\n\nSupervise staff to ensure production tasks are completed safely and effectively.\n\nSupport departmental performance while operating within budget requirements.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree preferred;3-5 years of progressive manufacturing experience in lieu of a degreewill be considered.\n\nKnowledge ofLean Six Sigma.\n\nDemonstrated leadership ability and strong communication skills.\n\nAnnual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:\n$83,600.00 - $151,479.99Compensation Type:\nSalaryIncentive Eligible:\nNoSales Commission Eligible:\nNoDisclaimer: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
