In this role you will be a key team member on our Service Sales team, and responsible for quoting and entering service work, ordering parts and necessary supplies, and ensuring that all service work is scheduled and executed.\nWhat you will do:\nResponsible for timely completion of assigned projects, financial performance, and the highest level of customer satisfaction.\n\nPlan and analyze assigned projects, establish schedules, project parameters, and set procedures to accomplish system objectives, involving complex service applications.\n\nCreate estimates and generate proposals. Entering projects, ordering parts, tracking parts, scheduling labor internally and with customer, reviewing completion of projects and billing coordination.\n\nResponsible for entering service estimates, issuing purchase orders, and generating work orders.\n\nManage service projects from estimate to completion.\n\nReceive and qualify subcontractor proposals. Assist Sales develop projects as needed.\n\nCommunicates with customers and their representatives, including building owners, mechanical contractors, other trades, subcontractors, and field support staff.Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers and assigned staff.\n\nEnsure that all assigned staff and subcontractors are working in a safe manner per Trane and OSHA policies.\n\nLess than 5% travel to customer job sites is required.\n\nWhat you will bring:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n\nMinimum two (2) years’ experience in project management, HVAC or related preferred.\n\nCandidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply; we prioritize practical experience, relevant skills, and alignment with our leadership principles.\n\nExperienced and knowledgeable in contracting processes and estimatingassociated with the installation of HVAC systems and managing subcontractors preferred.\n\nComputer skills are essential.\n\nHighly organized and stronglycustomer service oriented.\n\nAnnual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:\n$70,400.00 - $101,150.00Compensation Type:\nSalaryIncentive Eligible:\nNoSales Commission Eligible:\nNoDisclaimer: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
