The Quality and Process Engineer will effectively administer the Quality Management System in accordance with current procedures and work instructions, and will collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Program Management, and Supply Chain to meet customer expectations.\nWhat you will do:\n\nSupport operations when quality issues arise to maintain production.\nManage the rejection process for manufactured product and supplied components.\nPartner with Operations and Manufacturing Engineering to investigate root causes and drive implementation of corrective and preventive actions for customer complaints and internal issues. Leverage common problem solving tools (9 Step, 8D, A3).\nAdminister the deviation process.\nLead ISO internal audits.\nNPD/Engineered projects.\nDetermine and execute continuous improvement opportunities.\nWhat you will bring:\n\nBachelor’s Degree in Engineering.\n2+ years Engineering experience in an assembly manufacturing environment, including blueprint reading and using various measuring equipment (CMM).\nSkilled in investigation of root causes and driving implementation of corrective and preventive actions for customer complaints and internal issues.\nExperience using common problem solving tools, preferably 9 Step, 8D, A3.\nAbility to organize tasks and manage time to complete multiple assignments simultaneously.\nAbility to communicate at all levels within business and with suppliers, etc.\nAnnual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:\n$77,963.33 - $109,340.00Compensation Type:\nSalaryIncentive Eligible:\nNoSales Commission Eligible:\nNoDisclaimer: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
