Collaborating closely with Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, Vendors, Candidates, and HR Centers of Excellence (COE's), to ensure smooth and streamlined processes in Workday to creating a differentiated candidate interview experience.\nThis is an entry level position.\nWhere is the work:\nFrom Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues in Naucalpan, Estado de Mexico. On Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.\nWhat you will do:\nPartner with key stakeholders to schedule interviews for candidates by providing comprehensive support throughout the process, including interview scheduling and logistics, travel and expense coordination, and overall guidance for candidates.\nCultivate a partnership-centric approach to the candidate experience, fostering strong relationships with Talent Acquisition Partners, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and other key stakeholders to ensure a seamless and positive candidate journey.\nCollaborate with Hiring Managers and interview teams to equip them with the necessary tools and resources to accurately evaluate candidates and make informed hiring decisions.\nProactively coach and guide stakeholders in complying with standard work processes, promoting inclusion, and continuously improving the experience.\nStreamline the talent acquisition lifecycle by administering Americas requisition assignments and executing global employee referral tasks\nOptimize employee support by managing incoming cases in ServiceNow, ensuring rapid resolution and high system data integrity\nPlay a key role in execution of organizational hiring initiatives / projects and HR Solutions and Talent Acquisition strategy.\nDrive innovation and improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and implement new practices that align with partnership, agility, and exceptional candidate service.\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues, ranging from general inquiries to complex challenges, by leveraging a thorough understanding of the organization's structure, HR internal processes, and relationships with vendors, managers, and HR teams.\nPlease note that this job description is a general overview, and additional responsibilities aligned with partnership and agility may be assigned based on evolving business needs.\nWhat you will bring:\nBachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, or a similar role that emphasizes partnership and agility.\nAttention to details, a passion for data accuracy/integrity, and proactive problem solving is required.\nProficiency in utilizing HR systems and tools, with previous experience in Workday.\nDemonstrated agility and flexibility in adapting to changing priorities and demands, with a strong desire for continuous improvement.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.\nSuperior customer service orientation, time management, and organizational skills to efficiently manage a high volume of candidate interactions.\nEmbraces a partnership mindset, collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams and demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.\nFluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish \nWe offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
