Supporting the Upper Midwest Regions Digital and Controls offerings.\nResponsible for the continuing support of commissioning, programming, and updating of graphics, communications link, end to end testing, troubleshooting and servicing of digital agreement clients.\n\nResponsible for documenting digital analytics, sequence of operations validation, and associated support functions.\n\nRepresents the company by being responsible for servicing products and equipment on assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction by identifying, diagnosing and remotely identifying and resolving equipment and systems related issues at the client’s locations.\n\nCoordinates with team leader and customer to precisely understand requirements for all remote services and repairs by extensively examining building layouts, forecasting issues, gathering analytics and synchronizing with any required on-site work.\n\nKeeps current on Trane products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair of direct digital control systems.\n\nContinually enforces safety to the highest standards and maintains security and accountability of company issued and procured assets by recording use, wear and conditions.\n\nDisplays team effort and dedication to customer by maintaining flexibility to work overtime and weekends as the business requires, including occasional overnight stays.\n\n7AM to 4PM local time.\n\nQualifications:\nA High School Diploma or equivalent, or certificate of completion from an accredited technical school is required. Typically requires at least 7 years of experience in HVAC/Controls. Technical School or formal training is preferred\n\nBAS (building automation) 5-7 years experience preferred\n\nStrong operating knowledge of Microsoft office software and working proficiency with hand held computer (i.e. Smartphone, iPad)\n\nPrevious experience with DDC controls system preferred\n\nAnnual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:\n$30.92 - $47.85Compensation Type:\nHourlyIncentive Eligible:\nNoSales Commission Eligible:\nNoDisclaimer: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
