Het verantwoordelijkheidsgebied van deze functie omvat België en Luxemburg. Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn:\nDe business verder ontwikkelen binnen het toegewezen gebied door nieuwe klanten (industrie) aan te trekken en langetermijnrelaties op te bouwen;\nVerkoopkansen identificeren, offertes opstellen, deze aan klanten voorstellen en onderhandelingen voeren;\nVerhuurservices van HVAC-apparatuur verkopen (tijdelijke installaties);\nDe klant zowel technisch als commercieel ondersteunen en een totaalservice bieden;\nWederzijds vertrouwen met klanten opbouwen en waken over de kwaliteit van de genomen acties en de klantenservice;\nRegelmatig rapporteren over de belangrijkste verkoop-KPI’s en markttrends opvolgen.\nOnze vereisten :\nErvaring in B2B-verkoop in de technische sector, bij voorkeur binnen de HVAC-sector;\nEen hogere technische opleiding;\nKennis van HVAC-installaties;\nProactiviteit en het vermogen om vlot om te gaan met snel veranderende prioriteiten;\nZelfstandig kunnen werken en beschikken over een zeer goede organisatie van het eigen werk (de functie is gebaseerd op home office en omvat rechtstreekse klantenbezoeken); Een goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, zodat vlotte communicatie mogelijk is;\nEen geldig rijbewijs categorie B.\nWe offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
