If the answer is yes, we invite you to consider joining us in boldly challenging what's possible for a sustainable world.\nLearn about our benefits designed for you to Thrive at work and at home.\nWe boldly go.\nWhere is the work:\nOn-Site (5 days)Dans le cadre du développement de notre société, nous recherchons un(e) Responsable Technique Opérationnel F/H pour :\nAssurer un support technique régional auprès des équipes opérationnelles et commerciales afin de garantir la qualité d'exécution des interventions, l'efficacité des solutions déployées et la satisfaction client,\nContribuer au développement des compétences techniques des techniciens,\nDéfendre les intérêts de l'entreprise dans la résolution des litiges.\nRattaché(e) au Responsable Opérationnel Régional, vos missions seront les suivantes :\nAccompagner les équipes opérationnelles et commerciales dans le cadre de la gestion de sujets techniques complexes et veiller au suivi des actions après concertation avec leur responsable,\nParticiper à l’optimisation des opérations sur site et à la fiabilisation des interventions,\nFaire évoluer les compétences techniques des techniciens en partenariat avec les Responsables d’Équipe Opérationnelle,\nParticiper à la rédaction de supports et à l’animation des sessions de formations sur le terrain ou en salle,\nÉlaborer des notes techniques et des méthodologies de travail, puis les communiquer aux équipes opérationnelles, dans une démarche d’amélioration continue,\nAssister les équipes opérationnelles dans la gestion des litiges,\nAssocier les Responsables Techniques aux litiges majeurs et à la centralisation des retours terrains.\nVotre profil :\nDe formation de niveau BAC+3 à BAC+5 dans le domaine de la production du froid, du chauffage, de la régulation et du traitement d’air, vous justifiez d'une expérience de minimum 5 ans dans le domaine concerné.\nVous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre autonomie, votre organisation, votre dynamisme ainsi que votre proactivité,\nVous maîtrisez les outils informatiques externes tel que le Pack Office,\nVous êtes à l'aise en anglais à l'oral comme à l'écrit.\nNotre processus de recrutement :\nUn entretien de préqualification par téléphone,\nUn entretien avec le responsable d’équipe,\nUn entretien avec les Ressources Humaines.\nWe offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
