When not directly interacting with customers; collaborate with colleagues in your office.What’sin it for you:\nTrane Hungary is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Engineer to join our industrial process-cooling segment, responsible for building trusted customer relationships, growing account share, and maximizing customer retention among building owner accounts.\nWhat you will do:\nProvide knowledge and consultation in the form of developing sustainable industrial process cooling solutions for the customer’s problems, including financial and performance-based considerations. \nConsistently ascertain customer needs and current market opportunities.\nConvert leads into opportunities by assigning the appropriate sales process, identifying the requires, making assignments, and communicating the next steps in the process.\nDevelop and execute an account specific business plan to identify the long term, mutual support requirements required to facilitate a strong, profitable and successful partnership.\nAssist customers in answering technical questions on and support relevant industry issues.\nEffective partnership with Country Sales Leader Hungary to develop the growth of ICS within the marketplace.\nWhat you will bring:\nBachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, business or equivalent from a four-year college or university preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nPrevious experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales.\nNice to have: knowledge about Industrial refrigeration/ Industrial process cooling solutions OR experience in selling products/ solutions for production lines ( ex. compressed air, pneumatic industrial machines, etc.).\nFluent Hungarian and at least communicative English level.\nWillingness and ability to travel around Hungary/ Office based in Budapest.\nCreativity to approach and develop sales plan from the scratch and build customer relationships.\nExcellent communication skills and organizational skills.\nAbility to work in a high-stress sales environment and multitask.\nWe offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
