The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end technical architecture, leading cross-functional engineering teams to design scalable, API-first commerce solutions. You will act as the subject matter expert on Experience Cloud (LWR templates), Headless storefronts, and Order Management System (OMS) design.\nKey Responsibilities:\nArchitectural Strategy & Design\nEnd-to-End Architecture: Architect and deliver scalable Salesforce B2B Commerce solutions (LWR & Headless) aligned with enterprise business goals.\nHeadless Implementation: Design headless commerce architectures utilizing Commerce APIs, REST APIs, and Composite APIs to support flexible front-end experiences.\nMulti-Cloud Integration: Lead cross-cloud architecture spanning Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, Loyalty, and B2B Commerce to ensure unified customer identity.\nComplex Flows: Lead the technical design for complex checkout processes, pricing engines, multi-catalog strategies, and promotion flows across multi-market deployments.\nTechnical Leadership & Governance\nTeam Leadership: Lead engineering teams by driving code standards, conducting design reviews, and providing architectural oversight for API-first implementations.\nDevOps & CI/CD: Drive environment strategy, source-driven development, and CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GIT, and Bitbucket.\nPerformance Optimization: Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, focusing on Large Data Volume (LDV) design, performance tuning, and security standards.\nIdentity Management: Design scalable portals with secure authentication flows, including SAML, SSO, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.\nIntegration & Data Management\nSystem Integration: Establish robust integration patterns using MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven architecture to connect with ERPs and downstream systems.\nOrder Management: Design end-to-end OMS architecture, covering order capture, orchestration, fulfilment, reverse logistics, and payment integration.\nInventory Services: Integrate OCI-based (Omni-Channel Inventory) services, external pricing engines, and distributed commerce platforms.\nQualifications:\nExperience\n11+ years of total IT experience with 9+ years, specifically in Salesforce.\n6+ years of specialized experience in Salesforce B2B Commerce (Lightning & Headless).\nTechnical Proficiency\nStrong hands-on expertise in LWC, Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce DX.\nProficiency in web technologies including JSON, HTML, XML, CSS, and JavaScript.\nExperience with operating systems such as Windows and macOS.\nDomain Knowledge\nDeep understanding of B2B/B2C data models, entitlement rules, account-based visibility, and multi-currency/multi-language implementations.\nExperience with Order Management and Omni-Channel Inventory industries.\nPreferred Certifications\nSalesforce Certified B2B Commerce for Developers.\nSalesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II.\nSalesforce Certified Administrator.\nSales Cloud & Service Cloud Consultant.\nAI Associate / AI Specialist (Plus).\nWhat We Offer:\nCompetitive salary and benefits package.\nOpportunities for professional growth and development.\nA collaborative and inclusive work environment.\nThe chance to work on cutting-edge projects with a talented and dedicated team.\nTrane Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
