En este rol, usted será responsable de desarrollar relaciones confiables con los clientes y garantizar la retención de estos.\nSerás responsable por desarrollar el negocio de minería en Chile haciendo venta de servicios, equipos aplicados, controles y contracting.\nResponsabilidades:\nDeterminar las necesidades de los proyectos, restricciones y responsabilidades para satisfacer los requerimientos del diseño del sistema HVAC del cliente.\nRecopilar información sobre los proyectos y compararlos con las capacidades de la oficina.\nResponsable del take-off de los proyectos, de la selección, pricing e integración de los equipos, controles y servicios.\nRealizar cronogramas preliminares de entrega.\nResponsable de la preparación y revisión de las propuestas para validar las propuestas preliminares con los clientes.\nDeterminar estrategias de precio y venta\nRevisar y comparar términos y condiciones contractuales.\nPresentar propuestas y negociar precio, términos y condiciones con el cliente.\nDeterminar necesidades, desarrollar y ejecutar business plans específicos para identificar requerimientos de largo plazo para facilitar un vínculo fuerte con los clientes.\nAveriguar constantemente necesidades de los clientes y oportunidades del mercado. Ensamblar, coordinar e interactuar con equipos de ventas de acuerdo a requerimientos de cliente.\nResponder a necesidades complejas de clientes especialmente de Instaladores identificando sistemas, productos, generando cotizaciones y cerrando órdenes.\nAsistir a clientes respondiendo preguntas técnicas sobre sistemas HVAC, productos de Trane y aplicaciones alternativas de sistemas, sistemas de automatización, instalación y resolución de problemas\nDisponibilidad de viajes dentro de Chile.\nCalificaciones:\nIngeniería en Climatización, Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería Eléctrica, Ingeniera Industrial o equivalente. Deseable 4 años de estudios universitarios o combinación equivalente de educación y experiencia.\nExperiencia mínima de 10 años con ventas para industria general, prospección y ventas técnicas.\nConocimiento práctico en sistemas de HVAC, BMS, sistemas hidráulicos, motores, etc.\nExperiencia utilizando Salesforce.\nLicencia de Manejo Vigente\nWe offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
