This position focuses on driving continuous improvement through lean principles to achieve safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity goals. The role partners cross-functionally to develop efficient manufacturing methods, support new product introductions, and improve plant operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the development and improvement of manufacturing processes for HVAC products\n\nDesign and implement process gauging, material handling systems, work cells, and plant layouts\n\nLead or support complex manufacturing and process improvement projects\n\nTroubleshoot manufacturing equipment and processes to improve performance and reliability\n\nAnalyze statistical process control data and implement process changes as needed\n\nManage equipment, supplier, and service contracts, including contractor coordination onsite\n\nPrepare cost estimates, quotations, and capital justifications for process improvements and new product introductions\n\nSupport asset care, reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives\n\nDevelop and maintain PFMEAs, method sheets, manufacturing execution systems, and equipment programming files\n\nInvestigate and resolve ergonomic, safety, quality, and manufacturing process concerns\n\nPartner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company standards and customer expectations\n\nMentor and train team members while supporting a culture of safety and continuous improvement\n\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience\n\nExperience with mechanical and electrical manufacturing processes, including assembly and testing\n\nStrong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills\n\nKnowledge of lean manufacturing, process improvement, and manufacturing best practices\n\nAbility to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively across teams\n\nAnnual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:\n$69,600.00 - $124,950.00Compensation Type:\nSalaryIncentive Eligible:\nNoSales Commission Eligible:\nNoDisclaimer: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
