If the answer is yes, we invite you to consider joining us in boldly challenging what's possible for a sustainable world.\nLearn about our benefits designed for you to Thrive at work and at home.\nWe boldly go.\nWhere is the work:\nOn-Site (5 days)What you will do:\nDesign and develop processes for factory transformation projects and equipment implementation.\nImprove productivity, quality, equipment performance, energy consumption, and downtime reduction.\nProvide technical/subject matter expertise and guidance for the resolution of manufacturing process and product design problems specific to the welding and/or braze processes.\nServe as a resource for cause/effect investigations, statistical studies, and corrective action planning. Design manufacturing flow lines, workstation layouts, and station controls that optimize efficiency, operating costs, and product quality.\nBe the subject matter expert for code and regulatory compliance for welding processes within the manufacturing facility.\nUphold manufacturing standards including: machine capability, process maps, set-ups, quality controls, tooling and fixture records, routings and cycle times.\nGenerate work instructions, job breakdowns, and standardized work to ensure quality at the source meets product and manufacturing specifications given local needs.\nPartner with on-site EHS to ensure all equipment meets safety regulations compliant with OSHA.\nWhat you will bring:\n5+ years engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.\nProject Management, Process Automation and AutoCAD or similar design software experience\nMIG, TIG welding experience (manual and robotic).\nASME, AWS, and PED code compliance knowledge. \nFamiliarity with pressure vessel welding process.\nAbility to coach, advise and develop teammates and peers.\nBachelor's degree in engineering preferred.\nCandidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply;we prioritize practical experience, relevant skills, and alignment with our leadership principles.\nAnnual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:\n$75,700.00 - $156,200.00Compensation Type:\nSalaryIncentive Eligible:\nNoSales Commission Eligible:\nNoDisclaimer: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
