This role provides technical leadership across manufacturing processes and systems, drives capital and process improvement projects from concept through implementation, and partners cross-functionally to build scalable, efficient manufacturing capabilities. The position also mentors engineers and technicians, supports capital and resource planning, and represents Manufacturing Engineering in leadership discussions.\nWhat you will Do:\nLead manufacturing, automation, capacity, productivity, and facility improvement initiatives.\n\nProvide technical leadership for processes, equipment, and manufacturing systems.\n\nManage projects from business case through implementation, validation, and handoff.\n\nDevelop scopes, budgets, schedules, risk plans, and resource plans.\n\nPartner with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, IT, EHS, and suppliers.\n\nEstablish engineering standards, best practices, and scalable manufacturing solutions.\n\nSupport capital planning, manufacturing roadmaps, and long-term capacity strategies.\n\nMentor engineers and technicians and help strengthen team capability.\n\nPresent recommendations, project updates, and business cases to plant and business leaders.\n\nWhat you will Bring:\nBachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field; equivalent experience will be considered\n\n7-10 years of progressive manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment.\n\nExperience leading complex cross-functional projects from concept through implementation.\n\nStrong knowledge of manufacturing process design, capacity analysis, labor optimization, line balancing, process capability, and root-cause problem solving.\n\nExperience with capital equipment, automation, manufacturing launches, capacity expansion, facility changes, and advanced manufacturing technologies.\n\nExperience with capital planning, manufacturing roadmaps, and ERP/MES or other manufacturing data systems.\n\nLean, Six Sigma, automation, controls, robotics, digital manufacturing, or related advanced manufacturing credentials.\n\nProven ability to influence across functions without formal authority.\n\nStrong communication, project leadership, and business acumen.\n\nPMP certification preferred.\n\nAnnual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:\n$97,406.66 - $156,200.00Compensation Type:\nSalaryIncentive Eligible:\nNoSales Commission Eligible:\nNoDisclaimer: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
