In this role, you will coordinate the day-to-day activities of supervision and production workers to ensure that manufacturing operations run according to established production specifications and standards. The Sr. Manufacturing Operations Leader plays a vital role in ensuring department is run effectively with priority on safety and quality by leading the daily activities of supervisors and production staff.\nResponsibilities:\nMonitors the volume and quality of output and makes necessary adjustments so that production specifications are met, resources are used efficiently and performance problems can be identified and resolved.\nReviews and compiles operations records, such as yield, scrap, and maintenance costs.\nResponsible for individual employee performance to accepted standards, including but not limited to safety, workmanship, attendance, and job performance. Grow the positive employee relationships that exist within organizations, including manufacturing relations and facilitation of an environment to support high-performance work teams. \nContributes to the development and implementation of new processes, tools and/or equipment.\nImpacts the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of own team and its contribution to the department.\nSupervise staff to ensure that all production tasks are performed, and all machines and equipment are operated safely.\nDevelop and operate within budget requirements.\nDetermine and implement improvements to the production process\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in business or related field.\nMinimum of 8-10 years progressive manufacturing experience.\nKnowledge of process improvement techniques (Lean). \nKnowledge of raw materials, quality systems and standards.\nKnowledge of health and safety standards and compliance.\nDemonstrated proficiency in supervision of multiple processes.\nKey Competencies:\nEffective communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, are essential for the role.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.\nAttention to detail and a high level of accuracy.\nMust be able to work independently, multi-task, and work successfully in a fast-paced environment.\nMust be able to adapt to and drive change effectively.\nExcellent systems capabilities (Oracle, Apriso, Excel, PowerPoint, Word). \nAnnual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:\n$113,600.00 - $204,609.99Compensation Type:\nSalaryIncentive Eligible:\nNoSales Commission Eligible:\nNoDisclaimer: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
