Responsibilities include:\nCommissioning of chillers and HVAC systems.\nRepairing all types of HVAC equipment.\nConducting customer follow-ups and participating in scheduled meetings.\nCoordinating with the Service Coordinator for manpower deployment and parts requirements.\nLeading weekly team meetings focused on safety, site audits, and pending work.\nUpdating the Service Manager and Coordinator with the monthly plan.\nHandling service requirements and complaints for all chiller models and low-side systems as per guidelines.\nPerforming timely preventive maintenance (PPM) for chillers as per company SOP.\nConducting RCA for failures and sharing findings with the Quality team and FFL.\nEnsuring full adherence to Trane EHS guidelines.\nManaging customer service requirements professionally and efficiently.\nGenerating leads during service interactions.\nEnsuring high-quality and timely completion of service tasks.\nSubmitting daily reports to the office and ASM.\nSharing service reports with the deployer, including required parts.\nMaintaining a valid 4-wheeler/2-wheeler driving license.\nFollowing all safety and vehicle audit requirements.\nApplying hands-on experience in chiller installation, warranty work, and AMC services.\nUsing MS Office, email, and internet tools effectively for daily reporting and documentation.\nWhat you will bring: (Skills & Competencies)\nStrong technical knowledge of chiller systems.\nHands-on experience in chiller servicing, installation, warranty tasks, and AMC support.\nAbility to handle customer interactions and service requests effectively.\nWorking knowledge of MS Office, email tools, and internet-based systems.\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.\nStrong commitment to EHS standards and quality execution.\nWe offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
