Your responsibilities include:\nCommissioning of chillers and HVAC systems.\nRepairing all types of HVAC equipment.\nConducting customer follow-ups and attending scheduled meetings.\nManaging team coordination and supporting the service coordinator for manpower planning and parts requirements.\nLeading weekly team meetings on safety, site audits, and backlog updates.\nUpdating the Service Manager and Coordinator with monthly plans.\nHandling service and commissioning of all chiller models and low-side equipment as per guidelines.\nPerforming timely PPM activities for chillers as per company SOPs.\nConducting root cause analysis for failures and sharing results with the Quality team and FFL.\nEnsuring compliance with EHS guidelines.\nManaging all customer service requirements and providing timely resolution.\nGenerating leads during service interactions.\nEnsuring high-quality job execution and on-time completion of all tasks.\nSubmitting daily reports to the office and ASM.\nSharing service reports with the deployer, including parts requirements.\nMaintaining a valid 4-wheeler/2-wheeler driving license.\nFollowing all safety and vehicle audit requirements diligently.\nApplying hands-on experience in chiller installation, warranty activities, and AMC services.\nUsing MS Office, email, and internet tools to complete documentation and reporting.\nWhat you will bring: (Skills & Competencies)\nStrong technical knowledge of chillers and HVAC systems.\nHands-on experience in commissioning, servicing, and troubleshooting chillers.\nAbility to manage customer interactions professionally.\nBasic proficiency in MS Office, email, and internet applications.\nStrong understanding of EHS guidelines and safety requirements.\nAbility to work independently and coordinate within a field team.\nWe offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
