This role requires strong technical expertise, customer interaction, and leadership capabilities. The engineer will support field operations, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction. This role will be base in HQ (Shah Alam)\nResponsibilities\nPerform servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Trane chillers and other HVAC equipment.\nCarry out corrective and preventive maintenance for chillers, control systems, and related equipment.\nConduct overhaul work, commissioning, and startup activities on Trane chillers.\nLead and supervise a team of technicians to complete assigned jobs effectively and safely.\nLiaise with customers to address and resolve complaint cases promptly.\nCoordinate with vendors and contractors to support smooth job execution.\nAssist in schedule planning, resource allocation, and preparation of technical reports for management review.\nEnsure all work is carried out in accordance with required quality standards and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) guidelines.\nProvide technical support for HVAC control systems, including diagnostics, calibration, and integration.\nAny other duties as assigned from time to time.\nRequirements\nDiploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline.\nMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in chiller systems and air-conditioning.\nWorking experience in data center environments (direct or indirect) is an added advantage.\nStrong knowledge of HVAC controls, BAS/BMS systems, and troubleshooting control components.\nGood communication and customer-handling skills.\nPositive attitude, strong teamwork, and the ability to work independently when required.\nWillingness to take ownership of tasks and deliver results professionally.\nWe offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
