Responsibilities include:\nCommissioning of chillers and HVAC systems.\nRepairing all types of HVAC equipment.\nConducting customer follow-ups and participating in scheduled meetings.\nCoordinating with the Service Coordinator for movement planning and parts requirements.\nLeading weekly team meetings on safety, site audits, and backlog status.\nUpdating the Service Manager and Coordinator with monthly plans.\nAttending and handling complaints for all models of chillers and low-side equipment.\nPerforming timely PPM for chillers according to company SOP.\nConducting RCA for failures and sharing findings with the Quality team and FFL.\nEnsuring adherence to Trane’s EHS guidelines.\nHandling all customer service requirements professionally.\nGenerating leads during service visits.\nEnsuring smooth, timely, and high-quality completion of all service tasks.\nProviding daily reports to the office and ASM.\nSharing service reports with the deployer along with parts requirements.\nMaintaining a valid driving license for 2-wheeler/4-wheeler.\nEnsuring compliance with safety and vehicle audit requirements.\nUsing MS Office, Internet, and email tools for reporting and documentation.\nWhat you will bring: (Skills & Competencies)\nStrong technical knowledge of chillers and HVAC systems.\nPractical hands-on experience in chiller commissioning, repairs, and services.\nAbility to work independently and collaborate with service teams.\nStrong customer service and communication skills.\nProficiency in MS Office, email, and basic internet usage.\nCommitment to safety, quality, and compliance standards.\nWe offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
