This role helps ensure building systems operate safely, efficiently, and according to customer requirements.\nResponsibilities\nService, document and maintain HVAC control systems and field devices\nCustomer relation building and relationship management\nDaily paperwork management and execution\nInteracting with Sales and Customers for seamless communication\nCommission BAS/DDC systems for proper operation\nTroubleshoot controls, communication networks, sensors, and controllers\nDiagnose HVAC system performance issues and make repairs or adjustments\nTraining customers on BAS systems\nProgram, calibrate, and test control sequences\nPerform preventive maintenance on controls equipment\nDocument service work, findings, and recommended actions\nSupport customers on system use, alarms, and performance concerns\nCoordinate with service teams, electricians, and project staff\nFollow safety procedures and company/service standards\nQualifications\nTechnical training or experience in HVAC, controls, electronics, or electrical systems\nExperience with building automation systems (BAS) or direct digital controls (DDC)\nAbility to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and control drawings\nKnowledge of HVAC equipment operation and troubleshooting\nFamiliarity with low-voltage controls, controllers, sensors, relays, and networks\nStrong problem-solving and customer service skills\nValid driver’s license may be required\nAbility to work in mechanical rooms, rooftops, and customer facilities\nSkills Being Requested\nBAS/DDC troubleshooting\nSoft Skills for customer and office interactions\nHVAC controls commissioning\nElectrical and low-voltage diagnostics\nNetwork communication basics\nField service documentation\nCustomer-facing communication\nAnnual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:\n$40.09 - $54.26Compensation Type:\nHourlyIncentive Eligible:\nNoSales Commission Eligible:\nNoDisclaimer: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
