Responsible for a project that may be assigned by the Team Leader.\n2. Coordinates and updates customers regarding maintenance, repairs, and other service-related concern.\n3. Supervises a small group of teams as assigned by Team Leader.\n4. Encourages and supports the levels of cooperation between Team and other members of organization to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of the project.\n5. Ensures that his team follows established policies and procedures, adhering to agreed Key Performance Indicators, Service Level Agreements, and quality standards to maximize customer satisfaction.\n6. Ensures statistical information is produced, collected, and analyze on the daily basis to assist the evaluating the efficiency of the team and to inform resource allocation and service improvements.\n7. Supports Service Operations Manager in the development and implication of processes and systems to ensure continuous improvement of the processes.\n8. Ensures compliance, participation, and support to the Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) programs, and activities and keeping priority in maintaining the workplace safe at all times.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree from a 4-year college/university or equivalent HVAC/R field experience.\nMinimum of 3 years of HVAC work related experience\nJob Requirements:\nMust have excellent problem-solving skills, relevant technical skills, and a strong customer service orientation.\nDemonstrates good written and verbal communication skills to deal effectively with internal and external customers.\nMust be flexible in work habits and work schedule.\nMust be adept at transferring technical knowledge to the team members in order to improve service productivity.\nHas the ability to remain calm when dealing with difficult people.\nGood understanding of the need for confidentiality and compliance with the organization’s policies.\nWe offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
