Responsibilities include:\nCommissioning of chillers and HVAC systems.\nRepairing all types of HVAC equipment.\nConducting customer follow-ups and attending scheduled meetings.\nSupporting team coordination with the Service Coordinator for movement planning, parts arrangements, and resource needs.\nConducting weekly team meetings covering safety, site audits, and backlog status.\nUpdating the Service Manager and Coordinator with monthly plans and progress.\nHandling service and commissioning of all models of chillers and low-side equipment as per company guidelines.\nPerforming timely PPM for chillers aligned with company SOP.\nConducting RCA for failures and sharing details with the Quality team and FFL.\nEnsuring strict adherence to EHS guidelines.\nManaging customer service requirements and ensuring timely resolution.\nGenerating leads during service interactions.\nEnsuring high-quality job execution and timely completion of assigned service tasks.\nSubmitting daily reports to the office and ASM.\nSharing service reports with the Deployer along with parts requirements.\nMaintaining a valid 4-wheeler/2-wheeler driving license.\nEnsuring adherence to all safety and vehicle audit requirements.\nApplying hands-on experience in chiller installation, warranty, and AMC services.\nUsing MS Office, email, and basic internet applications effectively for reporting and documentation.\nWhat you will bring: (Skills & Competencies)\nSolid technical understanding of chillers and HVAC systems.\nStrong troubleshooting abilities and hands-on service expertise.\nAbility to manage customer interactions professionally.\nFamiliarity with EHS compliance and safety processes.\nCapability to prepare reports, conduct RCA, and follow SOPs.\nBasic operational knowledge of MS Office, email, and internet tools.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a coordinated team.\nQualification:\nMinimum: Graduation/Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, R&AC, Electrical, or Electronics.\nExperience: Minimum 5+ years of on-site experience working on chillers.\nStrong technical knowledge of chiller systems and HVAC service practices.\nWe offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
