When not directly interacting with customers; collaborate with colleagues in your office.What’s in it for you :\nAnalyse and leverage on the existing installed base to promote our full services portfolio (repairs, maintenance, parts, upgrade of the existing units and rental).\nMaximize customer and order acquisition in line with company strategy.\nOverall responsibility for service sales and customer development in an assigned sales territory, by providing customer value through technical and commercial expertise and partnering.\n\nWhat you will do :\nCustomer & order acquisition for service products\nIdentify potential opportunities with existing and new customers \nIdentify sales opportunities, elaborate proposals and coordinate other processes to ensure high level of customer satisfaction\nEncourage customer growth and loyalty to the company through continuous support and customer assistance\nReport according to company rules and use software/programs being obligatory in the company\nPrepare and review contract terms and conditions using standard Trane contract templates when applicable\nDevelop, evaluate and discuss possible solutions with customer\nActively participate in teamwork for projects/jobs defined by Supervisor\nKeep customer data base updated\nImplement local Service Business programs\nAchieve assigned sales and customer development quota through focus on service customer acquisition and development\nWhat you will bring :\nMin. 3-4 years of experience in sales of services of technical products or equipment (preferred HVAC)\nTechnical background within Heating, Cooling, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning\nCustomer oriented, with highly developed sales skills\nOpen minded, with willingness to learn and develop\nCommunication skills and ability to build relationship with the customer\nProficiency in languages: Flemish - mandatory, English - communicative level, French - nice to have\nPC skills\nDriving license and ability to travel (about 60% of time)\n\nWe offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
