Technical Support, Application Engineering & Market Intelligence Systems (BMS/Controls).\nResponsible for delivering Trane Technologies’ complete product portfolio, including Applied systems, Unitary products, and Building Management Systems (BMS/Controls).\nProvide comprehensive technical support and advanced HVAC system application engineering to internal sales teams, M&E consultants, clients/developers.\nConduct in-depth competitor analysis and market research to develop product positioning strategies and establish superior technical advantages across Applied, Unitary, and Controls product lines.\n2. Consultant Relationship & Project Specification\nBuild and sustain strategic partnerships with target M&E consultants, developers, and key stakeholders to deeply understand and capture complex project requirements at an early stage.\nExecute proactive project specification activities across assigned consultant networks to ensure Trane solutions are incorporated into tender specifications, directly increasing project hit rates.\nEnhance Trane’s brand awareness, reputation, and technology leadership within the local engineering and consultant network.\n3. Technical Training, Seminars & Competency Development\nLead, manage, and successfully execute the strategic “HVAC Training for Consultants” program to position Trane as an industry knowledge leader.\nOrganize and facilitate regular technical training sessions and seminars, collaborating closely with Sales and Service teams to introduce new technologies and products to the partner network.\nContinuously update the sales team on product knowledge, the latest technical standards (local/international codes such as ASHRAE and TCVN), and green building trends to strengthen overall team competency.\n4. Team Leadership & Strategic Management\nAlign engineering goals and strategies to secure and accomplish targeted short-term and long-term specified projects.\nManage and coordinate all technical support and consultant care workflows for the entire Applications Team, ensuring top-tier deliverable quality and project deadlines.\nTake full responsibility for coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to optimize work efficiency and build a high-performing team.\nCollaborate with factory and PM team to update new products or any further requirements.\nWe offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
