We boldly challenge what’s possible for a sustainable world.\nJob Summary:\nTrane in Turkiye is hiring for an Sr. Equipment Sales Engineer to join our team in the Marmara Region. In this role you will be responsible for developing trusting customer relationships and maximizing account share and customer retention within building owner accounts. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver value-driven HVAC solutions that support their business objectives\nResponsibilities:\nProvide knowledge and consultation in the form of developing HVAC system related solutions for the customer’s problems, including financial and performance-based considerations. \nConsistently ascertain customer needs and current market opportunities. \nEffectively and diligently using the tools employed by the company for sales and tracking and reporting appropriately to one's leader.\nDevelop and execute an account specific business plan to identify the long term, mutual support requirements required to facilitate a strong, profitable, and successful partnership. \nAssist customers in answering technical questions on HVAC systems, Trane Products, and relevant industry issues.\n· Travel to customer job sites is required, which may include outdoor work and/or work in mechanical/equipment rooms. During the site visits, the employee may be exposed to variable weather conditions; moving mechanical parts; heights, and other variable environmental conditions based on location.\n· Being proactive and dynamic regarding customer visits.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, engineering technology, or equivalent from a four-year university preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nMinimum five (5) years’ experience in sales of HVAC systems in Turkiye / Marmara Region.\nSolid working knowledge of HVAC systems (especially heat pumps, chillers and rooftops) and service agreements.\nExperience working with designers/consultants and a solid technical understanding of HVAC applications.\nMinimum B2 level (upper intermediate) of proficiency in spoken English\nStrong verbal communication skills in English and Turkish\nValid driver’s license and active driving experience.\nWe offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs that help our employees thrive in both their professional and personal lives.
