The Machining PQE should constantly meet Product/Project Costs, Quality, and implementation schedule established by the project.\nWhat you will do:\nApply highly technical skills in developing Machining Processes achieving Process Control and Capability requirements, while meeting Safety Requirements.\n\nDefine machine specifications, approval protocols, runoff, and installation requirements for Capital equipment.\n\nPerform advanced problem solving using 6-Sigma, DOE, A3, 9 Step Problem Solving, and 5-Why tools to systematically determine root cause.\n\nDevelop, maintain, and improve processes.\n\nDesign/select Automation tools and fixtures, define inspection process applying GD&T principles.\n\nAnalyze, develop and implement process improvements.\n\nPerform administrative tasks as part of project implementation: Purchase Orders and follow up (Capital, equipment, fixtures, and tools).\n\nMeasure, analyze and improve indicators in SQDIP (SCRAP, FPY, DPU's, Downtime and Efficiency of machining equipment).\n\nDevelop and update Control Plans, PFMEAs, JSAs and Ergonomic studies related to machining and assembly processes. Follow up to the EHS scorecard metrics.\n\nCollaborate in Opex initiatives as VSAs, RIEs, and Gembas.\n\nWhat you will bring:\nMechanical/Industrial/Mechatronic BSc degree, preferrable MSc Materials, Mechanical Engineering, Product Engineering, Quality or similar.\n\nManufacturing/Process/Quality Engineer with at least 5 years on Machining\n\nProject Management, Team management.\n\nVery competent/mentor on Lean Manufacturing, Material flow, DMAIC, GD&T, MiniTab, TPM, Autocad.\n\nAdvanced level of English\n\nWe offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
