If the answer is yes, we invite you to consider joining us in boldly challenging what's possible for a sustainable world.\nLearn about our benefits designed for you to Thrive at work and at home.\nWe boldly go.\nWhere is the work:\nOn-Site (5 days)What's in it for you:\nThe Production Team Lead role is responsible for building engineered HVAC units and ensuring their production assembly cell is actively engaged to meet daily customer demand and production schedule.\n\nThe Production Team Lead provides effective training to the department employees and ensures safety and quality standards are always maintained.\n\nWhat you will do:\nResponsible to build engineered HVAC equipment utilizing equipment, standard work processes, work content for a specified area and lead a work cell\n\nPromote and adhere to LEAN guidelines.\n\nIs responsible for maintaining his/her team build standards and to work with other teams to accomplish this.\n\nFollows the standards and processes set for that specific station.\n\nDocuments daily activities by completing takt tracker, station boards, and other standard documents as necessary\n\nTurns in all required paperwork and reporting in a timely manner.\n\nEffectively works with purchasing and materials personnel.\n\nAssists with initiatives as needed, helping to improve the business.\n\nWorks closely with other technicians, other team leads, engineering, quality and safety teams in a team environment, offering insight, status information, and other support as needed.\n\nAttends, contributes to, and/or leads meetings with team members and management as needed.\n\nFollows company standards for build, quality, values and behaviors\n\nFollows company safety policies.\n\nDemonstrate positive and proactive behavior.\n\nDemonstrate good leadership skills, including communicating effectively with others.\n\nFlexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.\n\nFlexibility to occasionally work in other company departments when needed.\n\nWhat you will bring:\nManufacturing leadership experience\n\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office products preferred\n\nAbility to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.\n\nAbility to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization.\n\nAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
