Complete Understanding of tools and technologies used in Engineering Design. Performs Design reviews and mentors Design Engineers. Consistently delivers high-quality Design deliverables.\nTechnically Manage a large team of engineers while handling their annual objectives, performance, growth and development, global projects, Trainings.\nDemonstrable leadership skills, professional and positive approach, diligent with attention to detail, team player and able to work on own initiative, assertive, adaptable, creative and a willingness to go the extra mile when required.\nWhat you will bring:\nHands on exp in engineering design while working on NPD, VAVE, Design automation, Productivity and QNR projects \nHands on exp working on product design software's such as Creo, SolidWorks.\nHands on exp working on PLM processes and tools such as Windchill. \nSomeone with a passion to stay on top of tech trends, experimenting with and learning new technologies wrt Engineering design and help in designing strategies for future road map.\nProficient in English, both written and spoken and skills to communicate complex ideas effectively.\nHands on experience and working knowledge with Mechanical Engineering Design while Integrating advanced capabilities such as MBD - Model-based definition with hands on working knowledge of PMI - Product manufacturing information, complete understanding of automating workflows and reducing manual work and re-work.\nWorking knowledge in advanced areas such Pro-programming, AI Driven Generative design, AI process Automation, Design for Circularity, AR Collaboration, IOT driven design.\nA mechanical engineer background with 13+ years of experience in the field of engineering which includes at least 5+ years of people management experience.\nWe offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
