Your primary responsibilities will include Create test cases, scenarios, based in user stories. Execute manual and automated test cases, Debug automated test scripts and evaluate results to determine the source of anomalous results. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product development, and Product owners to deliver a quality product.\nWhat you will do:\nIn this role you will:\nCreate test cases, scenarios, scripts from feature descriptions in JIRA board/test management tools.\n\nParticipate in sprint activities like planning, stand-up meetings, Backlog and retrospective meetings. Working on communication protocols like CAN, MODBUS, Serial port, rs232/485.\n\nExecute manual and automated test cases.\n\nAnalyze results, report and track defects, verify fixes and perform follow-up work to resolve issues.\n\nDebug automated test scripts and evaluate results to determine the source of anomalous results.\n\nCreate & execute regression, ad hoc, bug-verification test cases for final product.\n\nIdentify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement.\n\nWhat you will bring:\n1-5 years of experience in Software Testing\n\nProficient in UI, API, Functional automation testing\n\nExperience in Agile/Scrum environment.\n\nExperience in Embedded testing.\n\nExperience in python or any programming language.\n\nAbility to effectively communicate both written and orally, with good interpersonal skills.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\n\nHVAC product knowledge will be an added advantage.\n\nCandidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply; we prioritize practical experience, relevant skills, and alignment with our leadership principles.\n\nWe offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
