We boldly go.\nJob Summary:\nThe User Experience (UX) Designer champions the user perspective across all stages of the digital product lifecycle. This role leads and supports user research, facilitates design thinking activities, and creates intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. Working in an agile environment, the UX Designer translates business objectives, user needs, and technical requirements into high-quality designs that elevate customer and partner experiences and drive consistency across the organization.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign user experiences for new and existing digital applications.\nCollaborate with product owners, developers, testers, stakeholders, and other UX team members in an agile environment.\nCommunicate design decisions, rationale, and best practices to stakeholders at all levels.\nContribute to design principles, guidelines, and pattern libraries.\nSupport and help govern a unified enterprise design system.\nStay informed on UX trends, research methods, and user preferences.\nPartner with the UX Research team to interpret analytics, conduct usability testing, and support user research.\nWork independently with strong ownership, initiative, and accountability.\nAdvocate for design thinking, user-centered design, and user research within the organization.\nProduce UX deliverables including personas, journey maps, sitemaps, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and style guides.\nQualifications:\n5-7 years of experience in user experience or interactive design for web and mobile applications within an agile environment.\nBachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.\nStrong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.\nProficiency with tools such as Figma, Axure, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.\nStrong portfolio demonstrating user experience design expertise.\nAbility to work effectively with research partners, design agencies, and implementation vendors.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work.\nKey Competencies:\nStrong user-centered design and design thinking capabilities.\nAbility to facilitate design studios, workshops, and research activities.\nAbility to balance business needs, user goals, and technical constraints.\nExcellent written, verbal, and visual communication.\nStrong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.\nHigh attention to detail with the ability to produce clear, actionable design artifacts.\nAdaptability, initiative, and ability to work independently.\n(Preferred) Experience in HVAC or manufacturing, responsive mobile design, Salesforce or Adobe Experience Manager, B2B and B2C experience design, visual design, industrial design, or content writing.\nWe offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
