This role is important to sustaining dashboard delivery and pipeline development that convert priority data into usable business insights across the organization.\nThis position is a development and delivery role that combines visualization expertise, analytical capability, and product-oriented execution. The individual will build dashboards, reporting products, and analytics solutions using platforms such as Tableau, Google Looker, and Dataiku in ways that are scalable, reliable, and aligned to business needs. This role will work closely with stakeholders and partner teams to translate defined requirements into intuitive, business-facing outputs that support effective decision-making.\nThe ideal candidate is detail-focused, quality-minded, and skilled in data storytelling, testing, documentation, and reporting execution. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys building polished analytics products, validating data accuracy, and ensuring delivered solutions are reliable, maintainable, and easy for end users to understand and adopt.\nThis role will be based at our Bangalore, India office and will report directly to the Visualization & Product Development Leader for ISC.\nKey Responsibilities\nTranslate defined business requirements into dashboards, visualizations, and analytical outputs that support business priorities by converting data into clear, actionable business insights.\nBuild analytics and reporting solutions using Tableau, Google Looker, Dataiku, and related tools in a scalable, reliable, and maintainable manner.\nApply strong data storytelling practices to create intuitive, user-friendly, and decision-oriented reporting products.\nPerform data validation, testing, and quality checks to ensure dashboards, reports, and analytics products are accurate and reliable.\nPartner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, dashboard enhancement opportunities, and user experience requirements.\nIdentify gaps in dashboards, reporting processes, and data structures, and recommend practical improvements to strengthen usability and performance.\nDocument dashboard logic, metric display rules, testing outcomes, reporting requirements, and related processes to support consistency and scalability.\nPresent visualizations, findings, and recommendations in a clear and business-relevant manner to stakeholders.\nManage multiple deliverables effectively while maintaining strong attention to detail, quality, and delivery timelines.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.\nMinimum of 2-4 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, dashboard development, reporting, or a related field.\nExperience working with Tableau, Google Looker, Dataiku, or similar analytics and visualization platforms.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality in reporting and analytics delivery.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nExperience with testing, validation, and documentation practices for dashboards and analytics solutions.\nExperience with SQL, Python, or other data analysis and automation tools is preferred.\nExposure to data quality, reporting standards, and visualization best practices is a plus.\nExperience in supply chain, operations, or manufacturing environments is a plus.\nMaster’s degree in a related field is a plus.\nWhat You Will Bring\nA detail-focused mindset with a strong commitment to accuracy, quality, and consistency in analytics delivery.\nThe ability to translate defined business requirements into scalable, reliable, and user-friendly dashboards and reporting solutions.\nSkill in data storytelling that helps transform data into clear, intuitive, and actionable business insights.\nA disciplined approach to testing, validation, and documentation to ensure solutions are reliable and maintainable.\nA collaborative and delivery-oriented approach to building analytics products that support business value.\nWe offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs that help our employees thrive in both their professional and personal lives.
