In this position you will work closely with our contractor customers and internal fulfillment team to ensure proper installation and startup of Trane VRF and Ductless products.\nWhat you will do:\nParticipate in VRF/Ductless post sales product success.\nMonitor, and measure process and process measurements to effectively and efficiently meet customer needs in regard to all post sales ductless activity including but not limited to startup and beyond.\nMaintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, advising corrective action, and communicating with customers, and co-workers.\nProvide commercial and high-level technical product sales training to area office personnel and customers as required.\nConduct field training of customers in the install and troubleshooting of VRF and Ductless products.\nAble to troubleshoot VRF and Ductless products.\nAssist customers in the startup and commissioning of VRF and ductless products.\nBuild consultative relationships and trust with owners and contracting customers.\nSupport area office performance by coaching sales personnel in competent VRF product sales, application, and customer support.\nAdministration of warranty process and all post sales activity for ductless business.\nParticipate in Mitsubishi DSG program as a representative for your area/region.\nWork with submittals and equipment selections to support internal and external business processes\nProactively communicate with all stakeholders while working with various projects and keep detailed reports\nEngage and build relationships with various resources throughout METUS and Trane\nWhat you will bring:\nMinimum of 2-5 years of VRF Experience.\nWorking knowledge of all facets of construction including mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems, etc. preferred.\nMust be able to travel throughout assigned territory\nGreat public speaking and presenting experience is required\nDaily travel is required, with up to 20% of overnight travel.\nMust possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations including, but not limited to: DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless / Carless Driving, or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.\nAnnual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:\n$72,611.66 - $101,394.99Compensation Type:\nSalaryIncentive Eligible:\nYesSales Commission Eligible:\nNoDisclaimer: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
