If the answer is yes, we invite you to consider joining us in boldly challenging what's possible for a sustainable world.\nLearn about our benefits designed for you to Thrive at work and at home.\nWe boldly go.\nWhere is the work:\nOn-Site (5 days)Position Description\nThe Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for providing materials, equipment, and supplies by directing receiving, warehousing, and distribution services, and supervising staff\nEssential Job Functions\nAchieve warehouse operational objectives through the contribution of warehouse operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.\nMeet warehouse operations financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.\nDevelop warehouse operation's systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, and creates processes for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management, and shipping.\nContinuous development, implementation, enforcement, and evaluation of policies and procedures. \nCreate warehouse design by planning layout, product flow, and product handling systems; evaluating and recommending new equipment. \nEstablish warehouse operations system improvements by analyzing process work flow, manning and space requirements, and equipment layout, and implementing changes. \nMaintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures, and complying with legal regulations.\nMaintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures. \nComply with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions. \nControl inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.\nMaintain physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement. \nAchieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. \nSupports the QMS by delivering quality products and services and meeting quality objectives \nWorks to consistently meet and exceed customer requirements \nComplete warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results. \nMaintain warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Maintain warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.\nContribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to resolving problems, completing audits, and identifying trends\nEducation, Experience & Skills\nBachelor's degree from an accredited college/university preferred or 3-5 years experience.\nExperience with Oracle R12 and Excel Functions preferred\nProcess Management, Safety Controls\nExperience with Cycle Counting Programs, Material Flow Projects, and previous supervisory experience\nAnnual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:\n$60,800.00 - $109,479.99Compensation Type:\nSalaryIncentive Eligible:\nNoSales Commission Eligible:\nNoDisclaimer: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
