professional certification is an advantage).\nMinimum of 7 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 4 years in a supervisory capacity, within a manufacturing or engineering industry.\nAbility to develop and execute B2B marketing strategies, preferably within manufacturing, engineering, technology, or industrial sectors.\nProven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and strategies.\nEffective leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills.\nExcellent knowledge of brand management, market segmentation, and digital marketing strategies.\nProficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, digital analytics, SEO, and social media management.\nCreative, innovative, and adaptable to changing market dynamics \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.\nExceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to manage multiple
