subcontractors, and artisans to ensure efficient execution of work\nReview engineering drawings, BOQs, specifications, and method statements for proper implementation on-site\nIdentify technical issues, design conflicts, or execution challenges and recommend practical solutions\nEnsure proper interpretation and implementation of structural, architectural, and MEP drawings\nMonitor project progress against timelines and escalate delays, risks, or resource gaps proactively\nEnsure adherence to quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) procedures throughout project execution\nCoordinate inspections, testing, and approvals for completed work stages\nOversee material planning, usage, and reconciliation to minimize wastage and optimize cost efficiency\nEnsure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental standards on-site\nConduct regular site inspections and enforce corrective actions where necessary\nPrepare and submit site reports, progress updates, technical documentation, and incident reports\nLiaise with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery\nSupport project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation activities\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree (B.Sc./B.Eng.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline\nMinimum of 7 years’ relevant experience in construction/project site management or engineering supervision\nProven experience managing medium- to large-scale building, infrastructure, or industrial projects\nStrong knowledge of construction methodologies, engineering principles, and site execution processes\nAbility to read, interpret, and coordinate structural, architectural, and MEP drawings\nSound understanding of project planning, scheduling, and reporting tools\nStrong knowledge of quality control standards, construction regulations, and industry best practices\nWorking knowledge of occupational health and safety standards and site compliance requirements\nStrong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills\nExcellent problem-solving and decision-making ability in fast-paced site environments\nStrong communication and report-writing skills\nHigh level of accountability, professionalism, and attention to detail\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and engineering/project management software\nMembership or registration with COREN, NSE, or relevant professional body is an added advantage\nCertifications in Project Management, QA/QC, HSE, or related disciplines are advantageous\nKnowledge of ISO 9001 (Quality Management System) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety
