As Australia accelerates its energy transition, the work we do has never been more significant.\nAbout the role\nJoin Transgrid as a Technical Training Coordinator supporting the safety, capability and operational readiness of our workforce at our Wagga Wagga Training Precinct. Offered on a part-time basis (3-4 days per week), you will be the on-site coordinator and primary point of contact for the facility, helping create a professional, welcoming, safe and well-organised environment for employees, apprentices, trainers, contractors, visitors and external stakeholders. You will coordinate the day-to-day operation of the precinct, including:\nCoordinate training programs, room bookings, site access, facility readiness and participant records.\nSupport stakeholder visits, events, deliveries, onboarding, site inductions and day-one experiences.\nManage maintenance requests, minor works, contractor liaison and precinct operations.\nMaintain relationships with internal teams, service providers, training participants and community stakeholders.\nAdminister training systems, compliance requirements, authorisations, apprenticeship programs and RTO processes.\nWorking closely with trainers, operational teams and service providers, you'll help ensure the training precinct operates safely, efficiently and in line with business, compliance and governance requirements.\nAbout you\nYou are a highly organised and service-focused coordinator who brings people, schedules and resources together to deliver seamless training experiences. Confident building relationships across a diverse stakeholder group, you'll thrive in a site-based role with opportunities to support training, compliance and operational activities. To be successful in this role, you will bring:\nExperience coordinating training programs, schedules and resources.\nStrong planning, problem-solving skills. attention to detail and record management skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.\nExperience with Microsoft Office, LMS, scheduling platforms or RTO processes.\nAbility to work autonomously and resolve operational issues.\nExperience in financial administration, vocational education or the energy industry is advantageous, as is a relevant qualification.
