Be part of our journey as we make a better power system for generations to come.\nAbout the role\nJoin Transgrid on a 12 month fixed-term basis as a Works Coordinator. Based in Orange, NSW you will play a pivotal role in delivering the safe and reliable operation of Australia's critical energy infrastructure.\nWhat you’ll do\nIn this role, you'll play a key part in coordinating field operations and supporting the safe, efficient delivery of work across the transmission network by:\nCoordinating resources and schedules to support field operations.\n\nPrioritising and manage work to ensure efficient delivery outcomes.\n\nSupporting frontline teams with planning and operational coordination.\n\nEnsuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.\n\nPartnering with Field Managers to drive continuous improvement and network performance.\n\nWhat you’ll bring\nYou are a highly organised, collaborative and enjoy working in a busy operational setting. With strong communication, stakeholder engagement and decision-making skills, you can effectively manage competing priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. With a commitment to safety and a continuous improvement mindset, you take pride in delivering outcomes that make a real difference for customers and communities.
