Hands-on experience in Subscription Management and Global Payments is mandatory.\nThe candidate will work closely with Engineering, Business, Operations, Compliance, and other cross-functional teams to define product strategy, manage the product roadmap, and deliver scalable and customer-focused payment solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nOwn the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation to development, launch, and continuous optimization.\nDefine product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business objectives.\nDrive products and features related to Global Payments and Subscription Management.\nGather customer, merchant, and business requirements and translate them into actionable product requirements.\nPrepare and maintain PRDs, user stories, product specifications, and acceptance criteria.\nCollaborate with Engineering, Design, Business, Operations, and Compliance teams to deliver products effectively.\nManage and prioritize the product backlog based on customer needs, business impact, feasibility, and strategic priorities.\nAnalyze product and transaction data to identify opportunities, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.\nDefine and monitor key product metrics and KPIs.\nConduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities in the global payments and fintech ecosystem.\nDrive improvements across payment journeys, subscription lifecycle, recurring billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, settlements, and related workflows.\nCollect customer and stakeholder feedback and convert insights into product enhancements.\nCoordinate product launches and ensure effective communication across relevant teams.\nEnsure products are scalable, secure, reliable, and aligned with applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.\n\nMandatory Requirements\n\n4–5 years of total Product Management experience.\nMinimum 3 years of Product Management experience in the FinTech industry.\nHands-on experience in Subscription Management / Recurring Billing.\nHands-on experience in Global Payments / Cross-Border Payments.\nStrong understanding of payment processing and fintech product ecosystems.\nExperience working closely with Engineering and other cross-functional teams.\nStrong product discovery, roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution skills.\nExcellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.\n\nGood to Have\n\nExperience with Merchant of Record (MoR) platforms.\nExperience with payment gateways, payment orchestration, checkout, or payment APIs.\nExposure to international settlements, refunds, chargebacks, and reconciliation.\nUnderstanding of payment compliance and regulatory requirements.\nExperience working with B2B SaaS or API-based
