expertise.\nDescription:\nWe are seeking a Windows Systems Administrator to help maintain and automate our Windows infrastructure, manage servers and workstations, and support network services and security in a fast-paced trading environment. \n\nResponsibilities:\nAutomate Windows server and workstation build, configuration, deployment, and administration tasks using PowerShell, CMD, and Python via Ansible and Group Policy.\nHelp us configure and run Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, SMB, and CA services reliably in a highly dynamic environment\nHarden our security technical infrastructure to ensure that our teams are ready to respond to the markets at a moment’s notice.\nHelp us build and maintain firm-wide disaster recovery and continuity plans, particularly focusing on systematically maintaining gold copy backups of important data.\nManage our trade and support workstations as the need arises, including purchasing, provisioning, configuring, troubleshooting, replacing, and liaising with third-party vendors\nDocument both new and established procedures to establish and promote best practices throughout the company\nMaintenance of the Microsoft Windows environment, including adherence to naming conventions and inventory management within NetBox.\nRequirements:\n3-5 Years IT-related education or experience\nExperience with Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2016+ operating systems.\nUnderstanding of complex Active Directory, Group Policy, Root Certificate Services, & WSUS administration.\nMaintain and manage software inventory through automated and manual processes.\nUnderstanding of Active Directory Domain Integrated DNS Zones.\nBe able to manage and maintain Microsoft Server DHCP Scopes over WAN.\nGood high-level knowledge of Windows troubleshooting (Active Directory, logs, services)\nExperience with Windows-based tools and software troubleshooting (Excel, Python, MySQL, Anaconda)\nExtensive knowledge of PowerShell and Basic knowledge or willingness to learn programming (Python, Bash, Ansible)\nExperience in developing and maintaining monitoring automation (Icinga2, Prometheus) a plus\nExperience with NetApp FlexCache / SMB hosting is a plus\nExperience with mixed Windows and Linux environments.\nUnderstanding of automated provisioning tools (PXE, Foreman) is a plus\nExperience in managing and server configuration automation (Ansible) is a plus\nGood general IT technical and communication skills\nThis position requires physical presence and is on-site (no remote
