You will also have the opportunity to work in a modern, inspiring environment.\n Reporting to the Director of Commercialization, the incumbent leads the optimization of digital merchandising to maximize sales and conversion, ensuring a consistent, high-performing market presence aligned with commercial priorities.\nPerformance & Conversion\nOptimize website merchandising to maximize sales and conversion rates\nIdentify optimization opportunities based on user behavior and commercial performance\nGo-to-Market Strategy\nDefine and orchestrate the rollout of promotions and offers in line with commercial priorities\nEnsure a consistent and high-performing experience across key pages\nCoordination & Influence\nCollaborate with Marketing to recommend optimal commercial tactics and act as a central point of alignment to ensure consistency across digital initiatives\nOversee the deployment and evolution of commercial content\nIdentify and improve processes to increase speed of execution and overall quality\n Degree in marketing or e-commerce (or equivalent experience)\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in merchandising\nAbility to analyze and interpret reports and dashboards (Data Studio, Power BI)\nExperience in performance analysis\nAbility to manage multiple projects in parallel\nStrong communication skills: clarity and concision\nStrong team collaboration skills\nAbility to prioritize based on business impact\nProficiency with Microsoft 365\nKnowledge of project management tools\nKnowledge of the travel industry\nProficiency in French and English (spoken and written)\n *A good knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
