You will also have the opportunity to work in modern and inspiring work environments.\n In collaboration with the Manager, Aircraft Import and Export, the incumbent oversees the activities of the Technical Records team and ensures the integrity, compliance, and efficiency of aircraft maintenance records. The person in this role ensures that Transport Canada, manufacturer, and company maintenance manual requirements are met at all times while supporting the department’s day-to-day operations.\nResponsibilities\nSupervise, coach, and support Technical Records team members by providing effective guidance and knowledge transfer.\nAct as a team leader and contribute to the planning and coordination of departmental activities.\nIdentify training needs and process improvement opportunities in accordance with company policies.\nEnsure the maintenance of a complete maintenance records system that complies with aircraft leasing industry standards and regulatory requirements.\nCoordinate activities with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain teams to optimize processes and support problem resolution.\nCollaborate with stakeholders involved in aircraft import and export activities to ensure an efficient workflow.\nEnsure the security, integrity, and availability of technical records for aeronautical products.\nParticipate in special projects and perform other related duties as assigned by management.\n College diploma or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.\nMinimum of 10 years of experience in an aviation technical records environment.\nExcellent knowledge of aircraft leasing standards and requirements.\nKnowledge of aircraft maintenance programs is considered an asset.\nStrong communication, collaboration, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.\nDemonstrated ability to effectively manage time, priorities, and urgent matters in a dynamic operational environment.\nExcellent proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and demonstrated ease with collaborative digital tools and AI technologies (e.g., Copilot).\nAbility to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.\nOral and written fluency in French and English.*\n*A good knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
