The incumbent negotiates purchases, coordinates orders, and ensures the accuracy of procurement data in the AMOS system to support maintenance activities and operational continuity.\nResponsibilities\nResearch aircraft parts required by the Technical Operations department.\nConduct research and gather information on parts and components to be purchased for Technical Operations.\nAssist the Director in inventory control activities and in tracking and expediting parts deliveries with suppliers.\nProvide support in resolving warranty-related issues.\n College diploma (DEC) in Administration.\nThree (3) to five (5) years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or contract negotiation.\nExperience in the aviation industry is considered an asset.\nExcellent negotiation, communication, and collaboration skills with various stakeholders.\nComfortable with new information technologies. Proficiency in Excel and Word. Knowledge of the AMOS system is considered an asset.\nStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage priorities and urgent requests within tight timelines.\nWork schedule: 4/4.\nFluently bilingual (French/English), both written and spoken*.\n *A good knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
