Work with teams across America and Europe in different time zones.\n\nEnsure reliability and support: Develop cloud application resiliency enabling solutions, participate in on-call rotations for AWS infrastructure issues, and serve as a subject matter expert for specific AWS domains.\n\nEmbrace collaboration: Actively contribute as part of a globally distributed team using agile principles for self-organization and continuous improvement.\n\nWhat we are looking for...\n\n3-5 years of relevant experience in Software Engineering and Cloud Platform development roles. This includes 2+ years of experience designing and implementing complex, high-impact internal delivery platforms. \n\nYou should have experience with distributed and cloud-based architecture patterns and best practices. Proven success in delivering new features to production is essential.\n\nProficiency in AWS cloud infrastructure with a focus on serverless and containerized solutions and their orchestration. \n\nExpertise in TypeScript or any static-typing programming languages is required. Experience with Python programming is highly desirable. \n\nYou should have a solid understanding of Cloudformation/CDK and Terraform Infrastructure as Code frameworks.\n\nExperience with building infrastructure automation and seamlessly integrating these solutions into CI/CD pipelines and the software development lifecycle.\n\nGood knowledge of Linux internals and common Linux distributions.\n\nFamiliarity with networking, TCP/IP, load-balancing, routing principles, CDN, DNS, HTTP, SSL and API routing.\n\nA team player with strong interpersonal skills who thrives in globally distributed environments.\n\nYou bring empathy and adaptability to collaborative problem-solving.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail are essential.
