In this role, you will lead the implementation of complex features and integrate next-generation AI capabilities into our platform. understand the requirements for new features and user interfaces\nLeading the development of large, complex features or projects, assisting with the planning and estimation of project timelines and resource needs\nBuilding AI-powered capabilities into our product, such as LLM-based assistants, retrieval over engineering knowledge, and tool integrations (for example, MCP), and helping us measure their quality\nUsing AI coding tools as part of your daily workflow, and helping the team adopt them responsibly, with review, testing and security in mind\nParticipating in code reviews to ensure that the team’s code is of high quality, mentoring and guiding more junior team members\nCommunicating effectively with other team members and stakeholders, proactively seeking out opportunities to
