maintaining continuous materials supply at each machine to enable efficient operations.\nJob Duties:\nMaintain a clean and orderly work area/warehouse. \nMaintain a safe working environment by following safety policies and procedures.\nReport unsafe conditions and incidents. \nMaintain company's quality standards.\nRead work orders or follow oral instructions to ascertain materials or containers to be moved. \nOpen containers. \nLoad and unload materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand. \nConvey materials from storage or work sites to designated area. \nSecure lifting attachments to materials and convey load to destination or signal crane or hoisting operators to move load to destination. \nCount, weigh and record number of units of materials moved or handled on daily production sheet. \nAttach identifying tags/labels to materials or marks information on cases, bales, or other containers. \nLoad trucks. \nStack or assemble materials into bundles and band together. \nRemove samples of materials and labels with identifying information. \nLifts heavy objects by hand, up to 50lbs, or with power hoist and clean work area, machines, and equipment to assist operators. \nOperate industrial truck or electric hoist to assist in loading or moving materials and products.\nMust be able to successfully obtain and maintain forklift certification in accordance with internal company and OSHA standards. \nAdditional tasks as assigned. \nJob Qualifications:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent GED required\n1-2 years’ experience in a related field\nBasic computer knowledge\nExceptional attention to detail and good follow-up skills \nMust possess good problem-solving skills \nAbility to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing \nWillingness to work as team member or independently\nMust have organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and multi-task\nAbility to maintain confidentiality, exceptional attention to
