Join Transcom as a Customer Service Representative!
- Be on the front line of support for our customers and deliver an excellent experience every day. In this role, you will:
- Provide high quality customer support via multiple channels in Spanish, Portuguese and English;
- Respond to customer queries in a timely, accurate and professional manner;
- Offer clear solution and guidance;
- Handle complaints with empathy and patience;
- Contribute to the project’s success by sharing knowledge and working closely with colleagues;
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and cases;
- Work on rotating shifts, 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
What are we looking for?
To be successful in this role, the following requirements are needed:
- C1 or native written and spoken proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese;
- Good command of English (B1 or higher);
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset;
- Ability to quickly learn, adapt and handle change in a fast-paced environment;
- Good computer skills and confidence using multiple systems;
- Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple interactions;
- Positive attitude and willingness to deliver a brilliant customer experience.
